Welcome to HOST BROADCASTER EU 2012 DENMARK
As Host Broadcaster of the EU Presidency in Denmark we are pleased to welcome you all at the Bella Center in Copenhagen and Forum Horsens during the official meetings in 2012. We will provide live video- and audio feeds from all the pressmeetings including live coverage of arrivals and roundtable at the plenaryroom. It is our ambition to provide the best working conditions for all participating TV- and radio broadcasters. To ensure this our website will be updated regularly with news and practical information for all interested broadcasters. We will establish an International Broadcasting Centre (IBC) at the conference venues to serve television and radio broadcasters. The International Broadcasting Centre is operated by the Host Broadcasters and will provide live video and audio pool feeds
Host Broadcasters will provide a number of stand-up positions available for TV-broadcasting at the venues. There will be a variety of live possibilities including stand-up positions. The standup positions will be equipped according to different categories and may be booked on agreement with a variety of equipment, from fully equipped to a bare minimum. . Furthermore there will be a rental shop providing technical equipment, manpower etc.
At the IBC 20-30 cubicles will be available for television and radio broadcasters and news agencies. The cubicles will be equipped to receive live video and audio feeds from the press room and from the coverage of arrival and roundtable in plenaryroom. Audio feeds will be in English and in the original/floor language. Work booths in the International Broadcast Centre will be assigned upon request.
